Accelerated Learning
Accelerated Learning is an approach to training and teaching that emphasizes interaction, group work and learner-centered design.  Participants are engaged from the beginning in helping determine at least their own individual learning goals.  There is a strong focus on desired results after the training:  what behaviors will they change, what new information will they use because of the experience in the training?

Accelerated Learning is based in brain research and techniques developed over its 30-year history as a methodology.  Participants are encouraged to move around and use their body as well as their mind in the learning process.  We design trainings  (and retreats) to engage the participants' different learning styles.  As a result, our trainings look, sound and feel very different from more traditional approaches.

The learning may not come in this moment in time, but you can trust that it will come when you need it!

What Clients say about AL-designed sessions:

"Just want to thank you for your excellent job facilitating our retreat. We all felt that the retreat was productive, energetic, well-lead, with great participation from some folks who usually are quiet at other meetings.   Your role was tremendous in accomplishing this.  I know that I will be recommending you to others!  Thank you".
