We design trainings and organizational interventions that involve the participants as much as and as early in the process as possible. Honoring the participants’ experience and values is key to what we do.
In our training and facilitation work we bring together expertise and experience with both Organization Development and Accelerated Learning. This blending creates vibrant, engaging experiences for our clients. They get customized training or meeting/retreat designs that will meet their specific needs.
For trainings, the desired behavior change is key. Training has to be more than time away from the office and high marks on an evaluation form. Training has to result in new skills and knowledge that are put to use in the real world. Grace Partners trainings acheive that goal.
For retreats, off-sites, and facilitated meetings, we pay equal attention to design and "face time". The design of the session is done in close consultation with the client to meet specific needs. Our presentations and facilitation are participative and flexible.
