Accelerative Learning is an approach to design and delivery of engaging and effective learning experiences.  AL emphasizes interaction, group work and learner-centered design. Participants are engaged from the beginning in helping determine their own individual learning goals and motivations. There is a strong focus on desired results after the training: what behaviors they will change, what new information they will use because of the experience in the training.

AL is based in brain research and techniques developed over its 40-year history as a methodology. Participants are encouraged to move around and use their body as well as their mind in the learning process.  We design trainings (and retreats) to leverage each person's unique goals. As a result, our trainings look, sound and feel very different from more traditional approaches.

We create a safe space by making the learning environment fun and stimulating.  We use activities for experiential learning.
