Accelerative Learning is an approach to design and delivery of engaging and effective learning experiences.
AL emphasizes interaction, group work and learner-centered design. Participants are engaged from the beginning in helping determine their own individual learning goals and motivations.

Accelerative Learning is an approach to design and delivery of engaging and effective learning experiences.
AL emphasizes interaction, group work and learner-centered design. Participants are engaged from the beginning in helping determine their own individual learning goals and motivations.
There is a strong focus on desired results after the training: what behaviors they will change, what new information they will use because of the experience in the training.

SIG stands for "Special Interest Group". We are an informally organized peer learning community of Learning Facilitators. We focus on building our skill and knowledge in the practice of Accelerative Learning.

- We have monthly virtual Lunch n Learn sessions (2nd Monday monthly at 12:05)
- Presenters are members of the group or AL practitioners we bring in from other parts of the U.S. or world.
- To keep our programs accessible our virtual sessions are free.
- We hope to do in-person sessions 2-3 times a year provided Covid allows us to do so safely.
